Why doesn't this place have a smelly old garage out the back door and lots of spiders to chase and places to hide in?

And the only telly they have here is the one in the kitchen that has revolving pictures. I want to go back on holiday.

And the pigeons that live outside the bathroom window never come in to play with me. It's not fair!

So I'm off to try out my new cat-napping box under the radiator. This one's nice because I can really stretch out my paws in it but when I head-butted the sides it didn't bend like the old one did. Ouch!

night night! prrrrrr......

I went to France for my Chrissy Hols!

Last Friday they made me sit in my box for ages and ages starting from really early in the morning. Early for them, that is, but even for me it was quite a surprise to start the day at that silly time! What a bumpy drive! They let me get out explore a couple of times but the car was just the same as last time, except for what was outside of the windows.

When we arrived, it was nearly time for supper - and they had forgotten to give me breakfast! But I was almost too excited to eat; first I had to explore the whole place.

I wish my house had as much floor as this nice holiday place, and all these beds to hide under and ledges I can walk on round the walls and real furniture that I can climb on. But the best bit is the back door. If I miaow really pathetically, someone always opens it to let me in to the dusty old garage full of lovely ancient things for me to sniff and crawl into. Bliss...

I was just getting used to living in paradise when they put me back in the box and off to the vet (she was nice) and I know that means I'm going home again.

When we arrived at the hotel tonight, I had to head-butt mum away from the computer (after giving my approval to the plumbing and cupboard facilities) so that I could write to you all. She wasn't pleased because it's nearly the last day she can enter for lots of silly competitions. She's getting annoyed now because I'm very slow at typing. Anyway, I'm a bit sleepy, so goodnight.

prrrr prrrr prrrhaps it was all a dream.... prrrr prrrr prrrr

As you know, I love attention. Well, I'm a cat, so what do you expect? Anyway, I thought it would be great to be a film star so I persuaded those gullible humans to co-operate and here is their first attempt. This one was made in the camp-site in France where I adopted them.

I was still a kitten in August 2005 but I've been training them up ever since then and hope to have some more ambitious productions to show you all soon.

If you can't see the picture you can link to it here.

That's all for now. It's time for a snoozzzzzzzzzzz prrrrrrr prrrrrrrr prrrrrrrrr

Yesterday my internet friends from the USA were wishing me Happy Thanksgiving and they sent me pictures of what they were about to eat. Yummy turkey and lovely things! It made me think it would be well worth waiting for dinner.

Guess what I got! It was just too terrible....prawn and mackerel terrine from a tin... yeeeeuuech! ...followed by more of these crunchy things (they must be made of cardboard) that they say will make me slim and beautiful.

I think I want to be fat and beautiful instead.

Last weekend I managed to break my sleeping record! My mum says I slept for 20 hours on Friday and on Saturday and on Sunday as well. I only stayed asleep because they didn't fill up my bowl and so I thought I would just stay asleep until breakfast arrived and it didn't.

Anyway I feel much friskier now and mum and dad say I'm looking very beautiful and slim. I have to make up for all the mad half-hours that I missed so I'll just dash off now and race around the place and climb a few beds and shelves and wardrobes.

Scrrrriiiiitcheeeeeeow!

Hello everyone. It's me, I'm very friendly and extremely curious and of course I hope you will like me and feed me!
When I was a kitten I could only to meow in French. Now I'm nearly 2½ and can meow in English as well. I'm very good at meowing in "pathetic and hungry" - I have quite a talent for languages. My mum calls me "fatty" but that's a word I don't understand. I'm not sure about "diet" either, but I don't like the sound of it...

Time for a snooze before dinner. Prrr... Prrr....
